Event Ticket & Registration

Your $497 ticket purchase grants you access to the following:

• Full-day Pretty Profits Business Intensive on April 14, 2026 in Hemet, California (venue details provided upon registration)
• One printed 90-day Pretty Profits growth workbook
• Live Chronos growth system setup and activation in the room
• Enrollment in the 90-day Pretty Profits Intensive program, including weekly group calls (month 1), bi-weekly group calls (months 2–3), Pretty Profits community access inside Chronos, and direct email support for 90 days
• Chronos setup fees waived (standard value: $200+)
• Chronos service fees waived for 90 days from activation date

Tickets are personal and non-transferable except as described in Section 2. Each attendee must hold their own ticket. Group pricing may be available — contact us before registering.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy exists because seats are strictly limited, held exclusively for registered attendees, and resources are committed in advance. By registering, you acknowledge and accept that your $497 investment is non-refundable regardless of attendance, personal circumstances, or any other reason.

Seat Transfers: In the event you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time transfer of your seat to a future Pretty Profits event, subject to the following conditions:

• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no fewer than 7 calendar days before the registered event date
• Transfers are subject to availability at future events
• Only one transfer per ticket is permitted
• The Chronos fee waiver (setup + 90-day service fees) is non-transferable and applies only to the original registered attendee at the original event date
• Transferred tickets do not carry forward any Chronos benefit — the new attendee will receive standard event access only

Chronos Growth System — 90-Day Deployment

As part of your ticket, you receive access to the Chronos growth system, fully deployed and configured for your business on the day of the event. The following terms govern your Chronos account:

• Service fees are waived for 90 days from the date of account activation at the event. The standard Chronos monthly service fee is waived in full for this period.
• Setup and onboarding fees are waived. Standard Chronos setup fees (normally $200 or more) are waived entirely for Pretty Profits event attendees.
• A valid credit card is required on file at the time of Chronos account activation. This card will be used to bill usage-based costs as described in Section 4. Failure to provide a valid credit card at activation will prevent account setup.
• The 90-day fee waiver begins on the date of activation at the event — not on the date of ticket purchase. The waiver is non-transferable and applies only to the original registered attendee.
• Chronos is provided as-is. Pretty Profits and LUX do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporary downtime as needed.

Usage Costs & Billing

The 90-day service fee waiver covers the platform service fee only. You are solely responsible for all usage-based costs incurred through your Chronos account. Usage costs are separate from the service fee and are not covered by the waiver.

Usage-based costs include but are not limited to:

• SMS messages — outbound and inbound, billed per message at standard carrier and platform rates
• Outbound emails — billed per send above included thresholds
• Phone calls — outbound and inbound calls billed per minute
• AI-assisted features — AI responses, automation triggers, and other AI-powered functions billed per use
• Additional contacts or storage — if applicable above included plan limits

Usage charges are billed automatically to the credit card on file. Most operators spend approximately $20–$60 per month in usage costs depending on client volume and automation activity. Full usage rate details are provided at Chronos account activation.

After the 90-Day Period

At the conclusion of your 90-day fee waiver period, your Chronos account will require selection of a paid monthly plan to continue operating. You will receive advance notice no fewer than 14 days before your transition date.

If you do not select a plan or cancel your account before the transition date:

• Your account will be moved to the standard Chronos monthly plan at the current rate
• Your credit card on file will be charged accordingly
• All automations, sequences, and data will remain intact

You may cancel your account at any time before the transition date to avoid being charged. Cancellation instructions are provided within the Chronos platform.

Cancellation Policy

Chronos account cancellation: You may cancel your Chronos account at any time after the 90-day period with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

Cancellation during the 90-day period: You may cancel your Chronos account during the 90-day waiver period. Cancellation during this period does not entitle you to any refund of your event ticket price. The fee waiver is forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be reinstated.

Pretty Profits program access: Access to group calls, community, and email support is included for the duration of your active 90-day period. Canceling your Chronos account during the 90-day period also terminates access to Pretty Profits program benefits.

Event Conduct & Intellectual Property

Event conduct: Pretty Profits is a professional business education event. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward fellow attendees, staff, and presenters. Pretty Profits reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund.

No hands-on services: No beauty services, treatments, or procedures are performed at this event. This event is 100% business education.

Recording: Audio or video recording of any event session, presentation, or coaching call is strictly prohibited without prior express written permission from Pretty Profits and LUX. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event and termination of program access without refund.

Intellectual property: All event content, curriculum, frameworks, workbook materials, and program resources are the proprietary intellectual property of Pretty Profits and LUX. By attending you agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any event materials in any format
• Resell or repurpose event curriculum or frameworks
• Share proprietary methodologies or systems with third parties for commercial gain
• Use Pretty Profits or LUX branding, trademarks, or imagery without written permission

Results Disclaimer

Pretty Profits, LUX, and all associated presenters, coaches, and guest experts make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, booking improvements, or any other results from attending this event or participating in the 90-day intensive.

Results referenced in marketing materials, testimonials, case studies, or presentations reflect individual experiences under specific circumstances and are not guarantees of future performance. Your results will depend on factors including but not limited to:

• The quality and consistency of your implementation
• Your market conditions and competitive environment
• The size and responsiveness of your existing client base
• The time and effort you invest in the program
• External economic and industry factors

By registering you acknowledge that you are investing in education and tools, not purchasing a guaranteed business outcome.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pretty Profits, LUX, their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your attendance at or inability to attend the event
• Your use of or inability to use the Chronos platform
• Any business decisions made based on event content or coaching
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Any technical issues, outages, or service interruptions
• Travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with the event

In any case, the maximum aggregate liability of Pretty Profits and LUX to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your event ticket ($497).

Privacy & Data

By registering for the Pretty Profits Business Intensive, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Use of your contact information to send event confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
• Enrollment in Pretty Profits and LUX email and SMS marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
• Creation and management of your Chronos account using the information provided at registration
• Storage and processing of your business data within the Chronos platform in accordance with Chronos platform privacy terms

Your information will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with service providers necessary to deliver the event and program as described.

Contact & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in the Pretty Profits program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
